Lesson Make-Up Policy

At Mastery @ Cheeks: 

 

1.  We do not do refund or pro-rate any lessons. The schedule is set at 48 lessons within the year. Please read the "Payment Schedule and Calendar" for more information. 

 

2.  If students are not able to make it for the lesson on the day itself, they have to inform the Teacher / Coach in advance and arrange for an alternate make-up day.

 

3.  If students are not feeling well, please kindly provide an electronic medical certificate (signed by a registered doctor) to the Teacher / Coach as proof of absence.
